This stylish Masseria is of timeless character and set in a vast valley surrounded by olive trees and beautiful fruit trees. The bold and regal amaranth red colour of the building, along with classic stone white interiors, is characteristic of the area, but often only attributed to buildings of historical importance. Another Masseria which shares this red colour, the Red House or Casa Rossa, is the setting of the 1949 film Donne senza Nome which provides a glimpse into the startling history of Puglia.
Conveniently positioned in the countryside between Martina Franca, Ostuni and Cisternino and within easy access of Alberobello, Locorotondo and Ceglie Messapica, this exceptional Masseria is perfectly positioned to give you the best of everything the Valle D’Itria has to offer with the famous hilltop towns and their shops, bars and restaurants, the surrounding peace and tranquillity of the countryside plus the Masseria’s large swimming pool for some indulgent relaxation.
Masseria Melograno has been completely restored and modernised, with attention to all the original detail of the vaulted stone ceilings and barn features.

Masseria Melograno is situated over two floors, as you approach the property you will be greeted by a delightful outdoor eating area, from here you will enter the stylish kitchen dining area. You can either climb the spiral staircase or proceed to relax in the cosy living areas or use the downstairs WC.
Upstairs you will find a landing from which you can use the bathroom or proceed to the master suite to the left or the twin bedroom which leads through to the second double bedroom. Although access to the second double bedroom is via the twin room it does have private access via a private outdoor balcony and staircase down to the garden.
All bedrooms are of equal size so would perfectly suit three couples sharing or two couples with children. There are two ways to access the upstairs bedrooms but do be aware of the indoor spiral staircase for older or much younger guests.
The Valle D’Itria and surrounding areas are easy to navigate, however you will require a hire car in order to get about.
