Usually reserved for weddings and events Masseria Vista Loco is a magnificent converted farm house which sits proudly above the Itria valley offering guests some of the most spectacular views of Locorotondo and the surrounding countryside.

The villa offers 8 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Some are classic doubles and others are suites which offer extra beds for children and a private living space. Some bedrooms are within the main structure of the villa, others are tucked away in total privacy in the annexed secret courtyards. The large dining space can be set up to accommodate all guests and dining can be set up on the lawns in the garden for some sunset gazing too. The property offers full time on-site management along with many other services that can be organised on booking.

The location is exceptional, not only for its magnificent views and gardens but also for proximity to some of the most popular towns in the Valle D’Itria. In little over 5 minutes in the car you will be in Martina Franca, the largest of the local towns, where all amenities can be found and a historical centre boasting the region’s most remarkable baroque architecture. Cathedrale San Martino is a must visit. Just a few minutes further in the car and you will reach Locorotondo, the town dominating much of the villa’s views. A small but exquisitely beautiful place to wander and take in the charm of the region. Stop at Docs 101 bar on the ‘lungomare’ for an aperitivo and endless views. Of course anyone visiting this part of Italy is obliged to visit Alberobello, the epicentre of trullo architecture, and only 15 minutes from the villa. Please note that the Masseria is located on shared grounds. You will notice a large trulli structure on the grounds which is inhabited by a family with children who may use the gardens and pool from time to time. There is also a small bungalow adjacent to the Masseria building itself which is home to the 24hr caretaker and property manager. This ensures round the clock maintenance and assistance to guests.
