This exceptional villa was once an operational olive mill and dates back to the 17th century. Guests here can enjoy a unique combination of peace among the ancient olive groves, being walking distance to the local town of Ostuni (The White City) and also being just a short drive to the beach. A truly idyllic villa for a large group to make the most of one of the most spectacular parts of the region.

With its seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, the property comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. Sleeping is arranged over the ground and first floors. There are 4 double bedrooms upstairs with en suite bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are linked with an interconnecting door, ideal for parents and children. Downstairs there is a further double room, a twin room and a single bedroom with a shared bathroom.

Guests will enjoy not only a hectare of private grounds but also 500 hectares of olive trees, now designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. There is a large terrace and pergola for relaxing or taking in views and a beautiful outdoor dining and partying area with outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The limonetto is an extra dining area surrounded by garden which makes the perfect party spot for guests to enjoy the balmy evenings and colourful sunsets of Puglia.

As you approach your new villa you will notice the spectacularly imposing city of Ostuni above you, this along with the acres and acres of olive trees will be the backdrop to your holiday.

At the front of the property you will notice the shady pergola in a peaceful corner of the front terrace where guests can relax and children can play, there are sofas and chairs, sun beds and even a table football. From here you can also enjoy the outdoor cooking and dining area, all in close proximity to the large swimming pool. The pool has steps down to a shallow end for younger children to enjoy and guests who visit out of season also have the option of the pool being heated.

If you take a 45 metre (50 yard) stroll from the front door you will find the delightful lemon garden or “limonetto” where there is a large stone table that seats 18 guests for spectacular outdoor dinner parties. You will have the sensation of eating out while at home.

The interior combines the traditional stone floors and walls with underfloor heating making the property cool in summer and warm in winter, perfectly comfortable throughout the year. The downstairs living and dining area provides a large cosy sofa for 12 people and huge dining table for 14. Just off to the right is the kitchen which is equipt for any chef and also offers another dining table for 10 people should you prefer a more informal setting.

There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, one with king size bed, another with two large single beds and the third a smaller room with single bed, this particular room doesn’t have or need air con due to extra thick stone walls.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three of these have king size beds and the fourth has a double bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have an interconnecting door which is good for families.

Two cots and two high chairs are available on request.
