Idyllic in its setting amongst the famous olive groves of Puglia, Trullo Saravasti is a superbly relaxing retreat from everyday working life. The pool set just above the house offers plenty of opportunity for rest and relaxation along with a stone seating pergola for those moments of complete tranquility.

The original trullo has been beautifully restored and extended creating three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms a large living area and kitchen dining area all beautifully furnished and comfortable, a real home from home.

The property is perfect for three couples sharing, a large family or two couples with small children. Two of the bedroom suites have double beds, the third and largest bedroom has three single beds and a cot.

Trullo Saravasti is located in the heart of the Valle D’Itria, positioned in a paradise of peace and tranquillity guests can truly unwind being far from it all. Although a country retreat guests can jump in the car and be in any one of the famous hilltop towns in minutes. The nearest towns are Ceglie Messapica, famous for having some of the best restaurants in the region, Martina Franca, the largest town in the valley with stunning baroque architecture and then, on you way to the beach, the much talked about white city of Ostuni.

As you follow at dirt track you will find trullo Saravasti tucked out of sight from the rest of the world at the end of a long drive. The house is surrounded by its own land of which much is the classic red Pugliese earth but the clean crisp white of the cement of the house and patios will guide you to the charming pool area. The property has plenty of space outside for parking and the alarmed property is accessed from the back, under the shade of the pergola where there is plenty of space for outdoor dining and lounging.

As you enter the property you will find the bright and modern kitchen diner to your right, from here you can open the double doors to access the pool area. To the left of the entrance is the spacious yet cosy living area with large sofa and armchairs. Off the living area you will find the largest of the bedrooms with three single beds, down a couple of steps is the ensuite bathroom.

From the living you you continue into the main sleeping area where you will find two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a small laundry room. Both bedrooms have direct private access to the garden, the slightly smaller bedroom in the trullo leads out to the front of the house, the other bedroom out to the side.

You will have direct contact with the property manager and VillaPuglia, throughout your stay for any queries or advice regarding the house or things to do in Puglia.

The Valle D’Itria and surrounding areas are easy to navigate however you will require a hire car to get about. The property is located between Bari International airport and Brindisi airport. You can fly to one or the other using British Airways, Alitalia, Ryanair and EasyJet among other airlines although they may only fly during peak season.

This part of Italy is not well equipped with taxi services, however if you do require a driver or taxi please contact VillaPuglia directly for help and information.
