Recently redesigned and refurbished the property showcases the best of Pugliese stone craftsmanship. Offering three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and a third with two single beds) an elegant reception/living/dining space which welcomes you home with views over the terrace and pool, and a modern yet stylish kitchen.

The interiors have been lovingly designed using local furniture and art ensuring a comfortable yet truly authentic Puglia experience.

The property offers off street parking and plenty of beautifully maintained garden space leading you down to the fabulous infinity pool and decked sun area.

Villa Laura is situated off a residential street which winds up and round the Laureto/Selva region located high in the hills above the town of Fasano. The villa offers the perfect combination of peaceful countryside panoramas with proximity to the beaches and coastal attractions. Driving just a few minutes inland you will hit the famous Valle D’Itria where guests can explore the towns of Locorotondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica, all elegant, unique and vibrant in their own ways.

Arriving at the villa you will be led down a track to the where Villa Laura is perched on the hillside. You can park your car behind the property before reaching the terrace which has access via the kitchen or through the large glass sliding doors of the living area. The kitchen is equipped with oven microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, breakfast island and all utensils.

Through to the living space, there is a large dining table and the impressive fireplace is surrounded by comfy sofas for total relaxation when escaping the heat of the midday sun.

The bathrooms have showers, WC’s and bidets and offer towels and wash products.

The Valle D’Itria and surrounding areas are easy to navigate however you will require a hire car to get about. The property is located almost equidistant (approx. 60 minutes) between Bari International airport and Brindisi airport. You can fly to one or the other using British Airways, Alitalia, Ryanair and EasyJet among other airlines, although they may only fly during peak season.

This part of Italy is not well equipped with taxi services, however if you do require a driver or taxi please contact VillaPuglia directly for help and information.
